I’ve had the privilege of being a physical therapist in Santa Fe, NM, since graduating from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, in 2008. I specialize in innovative treatment for advanced pain relief. EVOLVED PHYSICAL THERAPY was founded in 2020, to bring to Santa Fe the premier shockwave and physical therapy practice for unprecedented care.

I’m a Nebraska guy and my dear wife, Jacquelyn Gomez-Bartek (a Dentist), is a local Santa Fean. We met in Nebraska and moved to Santa Fe after graduation from school in 2008. We are blessed with a beautiful daughter named Eva.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter, cooking, traveling, and surfing!
